Future cities visiting key strategic partner in Singapore

One the world’s leading Universities, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, is working together with the University of Strathclyde to solve global city challenges. Richard Bellingham will be meeting with NTU colleagues next week to explore key issues cities are facing around the globe and develop research programmes.  These include creating sustainable energy systems, designing cities that deliver better health and wellbeing outcomes, developing resilient cities that can cope with shocks and gradual change, and seizing the opportunities offered by data and technical innovations to deliver smart new solutions that will make our cities easier and more successful places to live, now and in the future.
